In 1968, Eliya Hajjar published a magazine in Lebanon for a brief period of time called “Burooq Wa Ru’ood,” which means “Thunder and Lightning.” In the five consecutive issues of this magazine and in a column called “What about Daheshism,” Dr. Dahesh responded to several questions addressed to him by the readers. What follows is a translation of this column:
Reasons for the emergence of Daheshism
Q: I would like a clear picture about Daheshism, what is it, and when did it come into existence?
A: As to the existence of Daheshism, it began in Beirut, Lebanon, on March 23, 1942. As to the question of “what is it,” I will answer as follows: The 20th Century is marked by enlightenment and knowledge. In this amazing century, space ships were launched to the moon and an attempt is made to reach other planets. It has also produced the television, where the transmission of the image takes place at the speed of light. As much as this century has promoted the advancement in science and intellect, it has also promoted atheism and decadence.
Disciplines and inventions have become virtually at the disposal of each individual. However, instead of awakening their souls to the truth, they have filled it with religious doubt. As a result, spiritual values have diminished to the point that hardly anyone believes in them any more. The majority of people think that a human being is similar to an automobile that once aged, it is discarded; that he will decompose just as the old automobile would; that there is no soul responsible for what this individual has committed in good and evil deeds, that there is no Spirit and there is no reward or punishment, just as there is no Heaven or Hell. As a result of this corrupt logic, atheists have distanced themselves from Holy Books and considered them to be irrelevant. At a time where doubt and atheism have become widespread in humanity, Daheshism comes into existence in order to prove wrong all those who do not believe in the Spirit’s existence and in spiritual values.
Spiritual Sessions
The proof to the existence of the Spirit can be realized by anyone who attends a Spiritual Session that I hold. During the Session, a Spirit will take on a human form, where it would be possible to communicate directly back and forth with it and without any pretence or mystery. The Spirit can transgress the laws of nature and perform miracles as a proof of its existence. Let us suppose that you have a watch that you can identify and you left in your home. During a Spiritual Session, you can ask to have your watch brought to you. Your house could be in America, China, Cairo, or Beirut, for distance is irrelevant. The response is amazingly fast and in less than a second, the watch can be on your wrist. This is an irrefutable physical proof that cannot be denied.
If the person attending the Spiritual Session is Christian, his faith in his Gospels is solidified. If he is a Muslim, his faith is increased by what was inspired in the Qur’an. If he is a Jew, his faith in the Torah becomes stronger, and so on with other faiths. The purpose of the Spiritual Session is to help people return to their religious faiths and to practice righteousness and decency. This would be a victory for the Spirit over materialism in an era where materialism has dominated the minds. Spiritual Sessions are not constrained to this miracle, but rather, numerous miracles can happen that would strengthen the faith of those attending. For example, you can bring with you from home a plate that you normally use for meals. When the Spirit takes on a human form, you can ask it to have the plate be transmuted from porcelain into wood. While holding the plate in both of your hands, the Spirit would transmute it immediately into wood. This plate remains a wooden plate for days and years. You could have asked the Spirit, instead, to have the plate be transmuted to iron and the change would have taken place immediately and you’ll notice its weight increase while holding it in both of your hands. Likewise, you could have asked the Spirit to change the plate to any material you desire, such as; lead or crystal and the transmutation will take place immediately and with ease.
Q: Can the Spirit transmute the plate into Gold?
A: Certainly and with absolute ease.
Q: Given your supernatural abilities, you can become emperor of the world. You could change thousands of plates to gold and become the king of kings with unlimited wealth.
A: Just remember what the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John say about Christ and his disciples when they became hungry. They were poor and had no money to buy food, so they would go to the fields and pick ears of wheat. Do you think that Christ, who miraculously fed a crowd of five thousand with five loaves of bread and two fish, could not have easily created money to give to his disciples to buy food? Absolutely not, he could have easily done that and had he did, Christianity would never have emerged. People would have said that his disciples follow him because he showers them with money. The disciples were meant to suffer, led by their master. They would face hunger, lack of clothing, torture, and struggle, so that each one of them earned the rewards of his extensive struggle. For instance, if you are attending a Spiritual Session and asked to have a plate be transmuted into gold, the Spirit would tell you to pull a nail from the wall, instead, hold it tight with your hands and while holding it, it will turn into a golden nail that you can take to any jeweler and be assured that it is truly gold. Miracles take place to bring faith into the hearts and not for personal materialistic gain. That is, the miracle doesn’t occur so that the person comes out happy with what he saw, but rather, that he entered as an atheist and exited believing in the day of reckoning and in God.
Q: This is great, however, what is your explanation of how the elements of one object are transmuted into different elements? This is by far the strangest thing I have heard!
A: We asked the Spirit about how such a transmutation can take place and it explained it as follows: The (sub-molecular) structure of each object corresponds to a specific frequency that determines its characteristics (signature). Wood has a certain frequency, iron has another, steel has yet another, and so on... For example, when you ask me to transmute an ashtray from wood to metal, I change the frequency of the wooden elements to match those of the desired metal and as a result, the transmutation takes place.
Q: Certainly, this answer is purely scientific, because universities are currently studying the frequencies of all elements, that each material has its own unique frequency. Based on this principle, nuclear studies have emerged and nuclear bombs were made.
A: This is true.
Q: Daheshists attribute the miracles that you perform to a Spiritual power that takes you over from time to time. Then the miracle is essentially the influence of a Spiritual Power over matter. How then can the effect of something over another of a different nature be explained in a logical and reasonable way? Knowing that there is a soul in every human being, how does the Spirit takes over you?
A: Past researchers were off target when they classified the forces in the Universe as either matter or Spirit. In doing so, they have set the stage for matter to have a separate existence and different nature from that of the Spirit. This classification made matter and Spirit as contradictions that do not interact. In order to tie the contradictions in man, they resorted to unsubstantiated and made up explanations. However, the logical weakness of such explanations created an opposite effect, which is the emergence of modern materialistic philosophical movements that reject the existence of the Spirit.
The truth is, what we call “matter,” be it a stone, a plant, an animal, a human being, or anything else, is nothing but a perception of a form that our senses detects directly or through instruments. The perception of this form has no material existence at alleven at the atomic levelbecause it is relative and alters according to the changes in the senses detecting it. For example, the volume, form, strength, and temperature of a one cubic meter rock is limited by the composition of your sight and touch senses. If there is a change in the composition of the two senses, the visual form changes in volume, strength, and temperature. Suppose your eye lenses are different in composition and are closer to that of a microscope with a magnifying power of one million, you will see things a million times larger than what you would normally see. Or, suppose your vision has this composition and you happen to be an alien from a different planet, the rock will appear to be totally different from the way human beings view it, not only in terms of volume and size, but also from the exterior form that your eyes were able to detect. You would see in the rock precise cavities, tiny lines and curves, dirt, and colors. To you, the rock would seem huge and transparenta form not familiar to the human naked eye. The rock would appear to you like a great transparent cloud and anything near it would seem to be like mist or clouds. In this manner, you can imagine how strange things would look like if your senses have changed in composition. Modern scientists starting with Einstein have confirmed the relative aspect of matter; however, Daheshism realized this truth through Spiritual Knowledge. Other truths have been realized through Daheshism that science has not been able to realize just yet. In brief, what is called “matter” is nothing but a temporary relative “material” existence, but has a hidden, non-material power, which is the quintessence behind all existence. So far, science has not been able to understand anything about this non-physical existence that form the entire universe, except for its magnetic and electric powers.
However, these powers are nothing but the active components of what Daheshists call “Sayalat,” (plural of Sayyal) which means “Spiritual Fluids”the Spiritual component that is transmitted throughout the entire “material” universe. Through these “Sayalat,” the Spiritual Powers that exist beyond the material world combine with the “material” powers. There are variations in “Sayalat,” that can be categorized as lofty or degraded and stronger or weaker in active power. When a miracle takes place, a Spiritual Power acts on another, which is also “Spiritual,” but has taken a form relative to the human senses in a certain “material” structure.
As to the Spirit, it is an active and aware energy that has no “material” form. In this meaning, it only exists in its own World, which is beyond all galaxies. It is created by God’s Order. For this reason, the Qur'an says: “And they ask you about the Spirit. Say: The Spirit is of my Lord’s command, and you have not been given except a little knowledge.” (Sourat Al-Isra’/ The Night Journey: Verse 85). In this sense, a human being is not inhabited by a Spirit, but rather, his body is made out of several “Sayalat”Spiritual radiant energies that corresponds to a slower frequency specific to a physical form on earth. This condensed form is what we call “matter.” These “Sayalat,” in their Spiritual essence and their corresponding lower frequency “materialistic” form, are the “spiritual-material” unity in human beings. In addition, these “Sayalat” are not only applicable to human beings, but rather to all existence. The commonality of atomic components unveiled by science that form humans, animals, plants, and inanimate objects, is nothing but a manifestation of these Sayyals that form the entire universe.
It was revealed to us through the Spirit, that the diversity in objects and creatures, in their structure and nature, is due to the diversity in the Sayyals that form them, so that they are gentle or harsh, strong or weakin other words; according to their Spiritual elevation or degradation. If the Spiritual explanations that Daheshism provides become dominant, they can globally turn our scales, values, and the way we view things, upside down. Because the fundamental reference point in explaining and evaluating issues, principles, and things, would be, Spiritual. There is no doubt that the Spiritual explanations that Daheshism provides and scientific facts are in agreement. Since Daheshism through Spiritual revelation, attained insight into certain matters well before scientific discovery, however, it is possible through research to reach the same conclusions.
Q: Is it possible for scientific and Spiritual truths to contradict each other? If not, why is there some contradiction between Holy Books and science?
A: It is not possible to have a contradiction once scientific facts become stable and final. That is, if you meant by “Spiritual Truth” what the Spirit provided and not what people fabricate, because there is only one truth. This contradiction, if it takes place, exists among researchers, interpreters, and theorists and not between Spiritual Truths and scientific facts. Some of the contradiction may also be a result of alterations in Holy Book texts, or in misinterpreting scientific facts.
Q: How can we be certain of the existence of the Spirit?
A: It is possible to be certain of the existence of the Spirit through miracles. What takes place, after a miracle is performed and its impact on the person witnessing it, reassures the individual of the existence of the Spirit. It is just like the wind, where you can feel it, but you cannot see it. Not unless you see a tree branch sway or feel the breeze against your face that you sense its presence. Can the entire human race, if collaborated together, be able to use their minds, medicines, and inventions to teleport a horse, a watch, or other items that lie at a distance of dozens or hundreds of kilometers? They will not be able to do it, however, the Spirit can. It is through its ability to perform the miracle that you are able to be certain of both, its existence and its supernatural powers.
Q: Why did the Spirit choose you and not someone else and why in this particular era? Why many people turned against you?
A: It is written in the Qur’an: “Exalted in rank, Owner of the Throne, He casts the Spirit by His command upon whomever of His servants He wishes, to warn of the Day of the Encounter (The Forgiver/ Ghafer: Verse 15). As to your second question, what truth has appeared on Earth that was not opposed by many? If Earth were glittering with light, people would not need more light, however, as long as there is darkness, then the conflict with light will continue.
Q: What is the difference between the Soul and the Spirit? What are the required conditions for a Spiritual Session and being involved in it? What are the conditions for a spiritualistic séance?
A: I have explained in a previous issue of this magazine that the Spirit is a very powerful divine energy that is aware of itself and everything else. It has no “physical” form and exists only in its perfect world beyond all the galaxies. The Spirit is linked with the body through an invisible radiant Spiritual thread. As to the soul, it is a collection of Sayyals [plural of Sayyal] found in human beings. In a previous issue, I have given a detailed explanation about the Sayyals and their specific “physical” forms relative to the Spirit. However, if you need to know more, you would have to witness a Spiritual Session, where you can understand these issues with absolute ease. Also, many doors will suddenly unlock for you and take you where science and knowledge have not treadedwithin our human constraints.
As to the requirements for a Spiritual Session, they are very simple: You write down on a piece of paper “In the name of God and His Guiding and Beloved Prophet, that I be granted a Spiritual Session.” This phrase is accompanied by the drawing of the Daheshist insigniawhich is a five-pointed starthen the paper is folded and burnt. As you can see, the writing is a brief prayer addressed to the Great Maker. As to its burning, it is a substitute for an offering. This is called “Ramz” and is both, a prayer and an offering at the same time. The person requesting the Spiritual Session may begin writing the Ramz daily and for one full month, starting at the beginning of any month he or she desires. At that point, a Spiritual Session takes place for the individual where he can witness miracles that confirm the Spiritual World to be a Real World in every sense of the term.
The Almighty, Who knows the innermost secrets of people, their needs, and their desires, can perform miracles through a Spiritual Session to whomever He pleases and without the need for a prayer or any other mean. However, believers in every era were obliged to abide by Spiritual rituals that must be performed. The writing of the Ramz and burning it is a Spiritual ritual. This does not mean the worth of a Spiritual Session is limited to the form of prayer indicated, but rather in its essence. Because, through Spiritual Sessions, miracles are performed that dazzle philosophers and experts, to the point where they have no choice but to bow down to their greatness and power. The purpose of these miracles is to make man return to true religious faith: the belief in God, may His name be Glorified; the belief in God’s Just Laws in reward and punishment; the belief in transmigration to a better world set aside for the pious elect, where they can find comfort, happiness, glory, and power; the belief in the need to do good, to be virtuous, and to progress spiritually.
It is not necessary for the person who is attending the Spiritual Session to be a Daheshist, a believer in miracles, or a person expecting miracles. For this person could be a stubborn atheisteven so, miracles do happen and what is meant to take place will take place, because the miracle is an objective and real truth that has no relationship, whatsoever, to the person’s psychological situation or his ability to accept it. A miracle is not set up, as some claim, to be seen only by those who are subject to the powers of “influence and suggestion,” for this claim is false and is contradicted by the hundreds of Spiritual Sessions that I have held, where hundreds of obstinate doubters were able to witness dazzling miracles.
The Spiritual Sessions, that I held, are not a science and I could not have done any of them without God’s permission. It is a Heavenly ability bestowed on me, in this era, so that it can be used to help those who are anxious to find the truth and those who are desiring to have faith, be righteous, and to repent.
As to the “spiritualistic séance” (claim to summon the spirits of the dead), that you ask of is so far away from the Spiritual Sessions that I hold. All you have to do is attend any of their sessions, with your eyes wide open and with a clear mind and then attend a Spiritual Session. Only then that you’ll be able to distinguish between the two and realize how darkness and light, right and wrong, intermix in the minds of some people. It is because “spiritualistic séance” is not real and is nothing but a deception that is used on those of simple minds, but not on those enlightened ones. There is no purpose behind this deception other than the collection of money from the naive. Daheshism stands with undisputed proofs of its validity, in contrast to the lies of those professionals who are deceiving people with their silly tricks and who are unable to provide even a single proof of the validity of what they claim.
Q: Is it true that Daheshism calls for an apocalyptic end of civilization? If so, what is the justification for its occurrence?
A: The answer is in the atomic and hydrogen bombs that nations are racing to develop and to stockpile. One day, when insanity replaces wisdom in the minds of leaders and their followers; when materialistic values dominate at the expense of spiritual values; and when decadence becomes extreme compared to righteousness, only then a horrible war may take place and employing such devastating and devilish weapons that end up destroying Earth and poisoning the atmosphere of our gloomy planet with radiation for thousands of years. In this manner, the destruction of the human race will take place. There is vivid description in “Revelation,” of the fate of our planet during the final days. How our planet will be filled with misery and disease. You should read this chapter to broaden your knowledge.
Q: Does Daheshism believe in Paradise and Hell? What do Heaven and Hell represent in Daheshism?
A: Yes, Daheshism believes in worlds that Holy Books collectively referred to as “Heaven and Hell.” Such physical worlds are numbered in the countless billions, and only a few thousands that we can see during the night sky. It was revealed to us through the Spirit, that each physical world has its own creatures, forms, rules, perceptions, and laws that vary considerably from what we have on our planet. Some are full of happiness, and others are full of horrible misery. Earth is like a school of a certain spiritual level and is attended by any person who earned being in it. That is, anyone who has brought his spiritual level to its level, where he can learn several things and be subjected to many temptations; such as: arrogance, greed, and desires. Either the person passes the tests within himself, where good is victorious over evil and righteousness over immorality, or fails the tests. Daheshism believes that every creature on earth remains on earth after death, passing from one life to another, and in every life, taking on a certain form and social condition relative to his deeds in the previous lives. This cycle continues until the person reaches a certain level, where he will move on to a better planet that is at a certain level of the worlds of paradise, or will descend to a lower planet that is at a certain level of the worlds of Hell. In this fashion, the ascending or descending on every planet is in accordance to his successes or failures in facing the trials until he reaches the level of perfection. Only at that point, that he becomes one with God and where his happiness is greatest. This is what the Hindu call “Nirvana,” or the goal of every Spirit is to become one with its Creator.
Q: Since God is capable of everything, why doesn’t He enlighten the minds of human beings so that they can refrain from evil and from fighting and to guide them in believing in the Prophets?
A: Yes, God is capable of everything. However, He has given man a mind to guide him and to be a special critic of his deeds. He also enhanced his mind with the teachings of the Prophetsthat pass on a small portion of God’s enlightenment. He then has given man the freedom to think, desire, and behave. He also dictated what specific end corresponds to whatever path man selects in life. One path may lead to happiness and assured victory, while another path may lead to misery and major failure compounded by humiliation and great suffering. Reward and punishment can only be, if there is freedom of thought and action. Every person will be asked about his deeds and whoever produces a small measure of good, will reap the rewards and whoever produces a small measure of evil, will reap the punishment. This system of reward and punishment is structured according to God’s Justice and Wisdom. The evil things that human beings do are the bad fruits that their Sayyals produced. The low levels of their Sayyals took place only through their free will. Their current social, intellectual, and economic levels are a direct result of their actions in previous lives.
Q: It became clear to me, from one of the questions addressed to you in the third issue of this magazine that the destruction of Earth is coming soon and you have been very honest about it, however, if you look through history, you will always find pessimists in every periodespecially during times of disasters and wars, yet destruction never took place. How do you respond?
A: You are free to believe what you may. Your beliefs will not change the order of events and the reality of things. In the past, people thought that the “great flood” would not take place, but that did not prevent the flood from happening. The difference between what people say and what the Spirit say is so great. Every tree that doesn’t produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. What good has humanity produced? Anyone that doesn’t see the difference between a war that is being fought with a sword or a rifle and a war that is being fought with atomic and hydrogen bombs sees no difference between candlelight and sunrays. Anyone who trusts the wisdom of man is blind. No one asked mankind for their permission when Sodom and Gomorrah were rained on with fire.
Q: Is it possible to submit to the occurrence of miracles, as religious faith dictates and the adherence to scientific facts about the laws of nature, without finding ourselves in a contradiction?
A: The contradiction will certainly occur if we attribute the miracle making to any individual living on this planet. Miracles violate the laws of nature that apply to all creatures. We will have contradiction if we attribute the violation of the laws of nature on a particular planet by one of its inhabitants. Thus, if someone predicted the occurrence of certain events 20 days into the future and we believed such a story, then we will be in contradiction with the laws of nature. However, we will not be in contradiction, if the Spirit took over the Prophet Elijah and made him predict, in details, what will be the outcome of a group of people in 20 days, because the laws that apply to human beings do not apply to the Spirit. It is written in the Qur’an “But a day for your Lord is like a thousand years of what you reckon.” (The Pilgrimage/Al-Hajj: Verse 47)
Any individual, that understands the relativity in the laws of the universe, has attained some knowledge of the truth. For example; what is an impossibility for an animal, is not necessarily an impossibility for a human being and what is an impossibility for a human being, is not necessarily an impossibility for a being that is much advanced. There are limits and standards for every world. If a bird talks in our language, we would say that a miracle has taken place, because, the laws governing the life of birds, does not allow human speech. However, we would not consider it to be a miracle if a human being talks. When a miracle takes place, the Spirit is not violating the laws governing its world and is behaving within its constraints, however, to the human being witnessing the miracle, the laws of nature have been violated. This makes the human being realize that whatever supernatural events take place around him are not a fabrication of their own mind, but rather, through a lofty Spirit capable of knowing things that are unknown to us. If we suggest to a child that he must follow the guidelines and directives of his parents, because they are more mature and capable, then we should follow the directives and the guidelines of the Spirit, because it is far more superior.
Q: To my understanding, a true miracle is in the healing of incurable diseases, such as, healing individuals that are blind, paralyzed, or infected with leprosy, because such healings are humane. Christ was known for such miracles; however, we have not heard about miraculous healings that you have performed.
A: I did not perform any miraculous act of any sort and it is not within my capabilities to do it, because I am subjected to the same Divine Laws of reward and punishment, just like any other human being. The Spirit performs the miracles during the Spiritual Sessions that I hold. As to your suggestion that the miracles of Christ were only healing miracles, I would have to say that it is not true. The four gospels mention so many other types of miracles, such as, turning water to wine; the multiplicity of bread and fish; the calming of the waves and the silencing of the wind; the production of a golden coin from the mouth of a fish; the hardening of a tree by damning it; the destruction of a herd of swine, after transferring to them the evil spiritual fluids of a man; walking on water; appearing and disappearing; and prophecies. It is also known that the gospels mention only a small portion of the miracles of Christ. The authors of the four gospels highlighted the healing miracles for a specific Spiritual intent.
If you review the stories of Moses, Elijah, and other Prophets, you would see miracles of a different type and most of them were meant to punish evil people. The purpose behind the miracle is not, as you think, to benefit certain people physically, but rather to help them spiritually so that they can restore their faith in God Almighty and to adhere to the path of decency and doing good. Anyway, the purpose of miracles is the glorification of God, as they are equivalent in His view, but differ in importance only to humanity. Many healing miracles took place during certain Spiritual Sessions that I held and newspapers of that period covered them extensively. The miracle is not by order of human beings, but rather, by order of God Almighty, for He is the One that prevents or permits its occurrence and it is He who selects what type over another and in a timing that is only known to Him.
Q: It seems to me, from reading earlier issues of this magazine that the destruction of humanity is nearing and that it will be done through a nuclear war. If this is a certainty, then humanity is not free in determining its destiny. Couldn’t nuclear nations collectively destroy their stockpiles of nuclear arsenal and avoid destruction?
A: Man is free and this freedom leads him towards good or evil deeds, which in turn, determine his destiny. Unfortunately, the will of humanity has in the past and continues to drive man towards oppression and boundless materialistic greed. Man’s free will that was aimed at hatred and exploitation, led nations to World War I. As if, the tragedies and horrors of this war wasn’t enough, their free will led to World War II, where atrocities of this war did not bother them either. In spite of the peace conferences and the call to coexistence, they race towards building and improving instruments of death and destruction. They have advanced the technology and produced the Atomic, Hydrogen, and other types of “devilish” bombs. Nothing seems to indicate that wisdom, contentment, and peace will take control of their souls.
Yes, human beings are free and it is through their free will that the ghost of total destruction can be kept away. If they extract from within their souls the evil inclinations and adversarial desires; make concessions on their greedy ambitions; marginalize their arrogance; close the doors to weapon factories and discharge the soldiers and officers; make the scientists abandon their research on weapons of mass destruction; unite all countries of the world into one country; unite all people as brothers under one faith, where love and peace replace hatred and quarrel. If humanity through their free will executes all these things, they will change the path of their dark history and alleviate the horrific fate that is rapidly approaching.
Q: I used to lean towards atheism, however, I have become more optimistic after my continued reading of this magazine, the answers you have been providing, and the study of your miracles as reported by respectable, knowledgeable, and honest people. However, I am lacking a strong will to fight lowly desires and materialism. I would like to progress spiritually, so can you grant me a Spiritual assistance?
A: Do not give up the continued struggle against the filth and lowly desires of this world, because the long path is traveled in small steps and the high monument is built one stone at a time. As to the Spiritual assistance, it comes through Spiritual Sessions and it is not I, that grants them, but the Spirit with God’s permission. The Spiritual assistance is given to whoever needs it and at the same time has earned it. Many, are the people that have received such assistance and were able to benefit from it significantly. It has provided them with a strong faith that supported them during bad days and made the road to salvation easier.
Q: In your opinion, is the Qur’an revealed? If your answer is yes, what makes you so sure? Is there a realistic proof to what you are saying?
A: There is no doubt that the Holy Qur’an is revealed. It is the same Heavenly Spirit that addressed the Prophets and inspired them to deliver their just messages, is the one that revealed the Qur’an. We were assured of this through the Spirit. The Qur’an was inspired to validate the Torah and the Bible and to guide those who deviate to the path of righteousness. As to the real proof, it is possible to realize it through Spiritual Sessions. In addition, every tree can only produce its own fruit and the environment behaves in a similar way, for the intellectual, literary, and spiritual works produce certain fruits. The environment in the Arabian peninsula during the emergence of Islam at the beginning of the 7th century AD, could not have produced a single chapter of the Qur’an, because in that environment, the intellectual, literary, social, and spiritual were all well below the level of the Qur’an. This is a proof that confirms that the origin of the Holy Qur’an is not human.
As an example, do you think the Arabian peninsula during that crude period in history, was able to produce poets like William Shakespeare or Alighieri Dante or a philosopher like Plato? Absolutely not! How then can we say that it was able to produce the Qur’an in a natural way without being mistaken? In the Holy Qur’an you find literary excellence, social structuring, universal explanations, having knowledge of certain scientific facts well before their discovery, and above all, you’ll find a true and just religion with the essence of the Torah and the Bible.
Q: Opinions differ in defining death. What is your opinion about death? As long as you believe in the immortality of the soul, does it become free of its desires and previous thoughts after death? Or will they linger on into the next life?
A: The phenomenon called death, is a specific case peculiar to earth and through it, the living entity migrates from one stage of life to another and replaces one physical figure with anotherwhich may or may not be close to the original figure, however, its emotional state will not be the same. Since life is a reflection of the Sayyals (spiritual fluids) and since every living creature is a specific collection of Sayyals, then death occurs when the last Sayyal departs from the body. Death, the way we know it on earth, is not the same phenomenon that takes place on other planets and stars, because each has its own structure governing life and death. It doesn’t matter how death takes place, it is still the moment of migration from one life to another.
As to the inclinations and desires, they remain attached to its Sayyals, because they are active living powers and do not disintegrate upon death. Such traits accompany the Sayyal, as it is forming in a new physical form. However, in its new form, it is not aware, but is capable of influencing the behavior of the individual, his way of life, and in determining the assignment of punishment or reformation without remembering anything about it. Based on this truth that we have learned through the Spirit, it is imperative for the wise and intelligent person to control his desires, become righteous, and elevate all of his Sayyals, because nothing is eliminated from the soul at the moment of death and the individual is responsible for all his inclinations, thoughts, and desires in the next life.
Q: It seems to me that through Spiritual Sessions you know everything. Were you able to know if some planets are inhabited?
A: I am not the person that is able to know it all. It is the Spirit that knows everything with God’s permission and through it; we were able to know certain things. From these things, we had the knowledge that all planets and stars are inhabited with varying structures of life. Life is the cause of their existence, because it is through life that we have the distribution of the levels of the worlds of Hell and the worlds of paradise. Since the human senses are limited and bound, we cannot see, touch, or hear anything that is not within our domain. Therefore, it is not possible for human beings to be absolutely and positively certain of the presence of other living entities on other planets, because such planets have their own laws and measures and the presence of life, death, and behavior vary considerably from that of earth. No human being can justify the presence of any living being of any planet, unless his senses are capable.
